What we love about our home: This home has been our sanctuary and the backyard has been our own little paradise. While sitting by the fireplace in the winter and looking out the ornate windows you’ll feel like you’re in a little slice of a winter wonderland. We have hosted so many events – from circus and murder mystery parties to family reunions and weddings. When guest visit, the home’s layout provides everyone their own area of the house, so it never feels crowded. There is new flooring in the kitchen and new carpet in all the downstairs rooms. The master bedroom has been completely renovated and the attached upstairs kitchen works perfectly as a nursery. When the home was built local materials were used for construction. The nursery and floral room flooring are from the old high school gymnasium, the beams in the back living room area from the Park City silver mines, the dining room’s wrought iron fence is from the old city hall, the decorative windows are from Lebanon, and the cabin in the backyard was the homestead of Heber’s Cooper. The architecture of the home was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright. The Gardens: The original builder of this home planted beautiful flowers that bloom annually from April and until September.
